We gather relative facts, information and documents, review the information, create an agenda and structure for the meeting. Then arrange a suitable time and place for the Parties to get together.

 

We will implement the  process  to  bring  the Parties together  face to face to negotiate their differences, offering unbiased opinions and mediate to find common ground and move the process forward to resolve the dispute.

 

If we cannot find common  ground for a  settlement we can arrange for it to go to Arbitration so the dispute can be settled under the Arbitration Act of 1996 thus giving a binding, faster alternative to District Court proceedings. All mediation is strictly confidential and is undertaken with the very highest standards and ethics.
